After graduating from Law School, Rémy was presented with the rare opportunity to pursue his interest and accepted a position with the California Democratic Party and later the Democratic National Committee to work as the Deputy Director of Party Services. Rémy acted as a liaison between the State Party and the local County Central Committees, Assembly Districts Committees and Clubs.

Rémy began practicing law in 1997, and since that time has represented clients in a wide variety of civil matters. He has developed a broad range of substantive experience acting as both defense counsel and plaintiff’s counsel. Representative cases included civil litigation defense for self-insured clients and insurance coverage litigation matters, defending landlord in premises liability action, defending complex construction defect cases; prosecuting products liability action; prosecuting claims against public entities; and defending automobile accident personal injury cases.

Rémy is able to apply a knowledgeable approach and strategic planning and negotiation skills to meet the diverse needs of clients. Conduct and manage trials, hearings, depositions, motions practice, and legal research; draft pleadings, memoranda of law, and trial and appellate court briefs to achieve legal goals.

Rémy graduated University of Southern California, JD, in 1993.  He attended undergraduate studies at Amherst College, receiving his Bachelor’s Degree in 1990.
